IMMIGRATION REDUCTION PROGRESS via CCN! – HELP CCN Magnify It!

CCN’s NET Cost of Legal Immigration Study has facilitated Progress toward achieving reductions in Legal Immigration. This positive trend follows CCN's widely distributed “NET Costs of Legal Immigration” Study, which reached the White House, Members of Congress, and the Media.

The Key Point of the Study is that the large Numbers of LEGAL Immigrants entering the USA annually — about 1.5 to 1.6 Million — generate Huge NET (i.e., after subtracting Taxes Immigrants Pay) Costs to U.S. Taxpayers, i.e., $330 Billion per Year. Importantly, that “over $300 BILLION” Number was noted by Administration sources soon after they received CCN’s Study.

Remarkably, The Administration’s Team on immigration, has now focused on the costs of LEGAL Immigrant Numbers/Costs linkage, as explicitly made by CCN.  The White House has made the very sensible proposal to deny Green Cards (i.e., permanent resident status) to any immigrant who used taxpayer funded programs, e.g., Health care, Welfare, etc. or is likely to use them in the future! This brilliantly highlights a Key Question: Why should the American Taxpayer fund Legal Immigrants if the cost amounts to about $1000 per year for every existing US Citizen?

Indeed, about two thirds of all legal immigrants have used or prospectively will use federally (taxpayer)-funded Programs, many in violation of the conditions they swore to follow on their applications for visas.

So Carrying Capacity urges you to join us to continue to intensify our pressure by pushing your Representatives for BOTH

1) an all-categories-included Zero-Net Moratorium (which would reduce the USA’s Budget Deficit by over a Half Trillion Dollars in the next decade, if enacted now) AND for

2) Denial of Green Cards to any Immigrant who has or is likely to receive taxpayer funded benefits ...Also push for building The Wall and enacting e-Verify, etc. to keep up the pressure against illegal aliens entry.

SUBSTANTIAL IMMIGRATION REDUCTION NOW ATTAINABLE

IF WE ALL PUSH  CCN’s INITIATIVE VERY HARD NOW

“Help me, Dad.” — Recalling Kate Steinle’s dying words after the Acquittal of Her Killer, Multiple Felon, Multiple Deportee, Zarate, triggered justifiable Outrage across the USA.

Had Sanctuary City San Francisco turned Zarate over to ICE, Kate Steinle would be alive today, as would hundreds of other Victims of Illegal Alien Crime (cf TheRemembranceProject.org).

In 2015 alone, ICE freed 19,373 Criminal Aliens and 1347 Domestic Abusers, most of whom are still preying on the Citizens of Sanctuary Cities and States (ICE and vDare.com). And in 2016, 16,091 Criminal Aliens were convicted, including 208 killers. Clearly we must stop Illegal Immigration Cold and that includes building a Wall.

But there are many reasons to greatly reduce Legal Immigration as well. For one, it is not possible to “Vet” everyone in the 1.5 Million Annual Legal Inflow—the Boston Bombers, San Bernardino Shooters and ISIS Truck Driver who ran down pedestrians and cyclists recently in New York City were all Legal Immigrants.

And both Illegal Aliens and Legal Immigrants get access to Welfare and Taxpayer funded Education and Health care, which only encourages Great numbers of Legal and Illegal Immigrants to come and to stay.  Over 50% of all Legal Immigrants are on some taxpayer-funded Welfare Program (Food Stamps, Section 8 Housing, etc.)  and over 90% of ostensible "Refugees" participate as well.

But Legal Immigrants are generally entitled to more and better benefits depending on the jurisdiction. All these benefits, plus the great number of “Slots” available for legal immigration—1.5 Million per year—creates a Magnet Effect for Illegals. As Nobel Laureate, Milton Freidman, said, a nation can not have Open Immigration and a Welfare State at the Same Time. Yet another reason it is critically important to stop Mass Legal Immigration.

One Main Reason is that Legal Immigrants are much more expensive per capita than Illegals as CCN’s recent dramatic Study conducted by noted Economist, John Williams, proprietor of shadowstats.com indicates:

• The net taxpayer costs estimated here are highly conservative, in that:

·         Headline NET (after subtracting Taxes Immigrants pay) costs were assessed based only on costs of legal immigration to Federal Taxpayers.  Consideration of illegal immigration net costs or of legal immigration to taxpayers at the state and local level would add significantly to headline taxpayer net costs.

·         Labor-force displacement also was based only on legal immigration and covers just the post-2005 timeframe. 

In addition, billions of US$ are sent annually to Immigrants’ relatives via Remittances. That is money that should be circulating through the US economy. Taxing these Remittances and imposing a Reciprocal Tax on imports could pay for The Wall.

 

With the World’s population increasing by 80 Million per year, America cannot become the "charity ward" for the world's desperate people. It is not ethical to disregard or degrade our own citizens in order to care for the World's poor when 13 million American children suffer living in poverty. We cannot continue to pay for much of immigrants' medical care, housing and education when the national debt is $20 trillion and climbing.

Additional problems are US unemployment and underemployment.  As robotics and automation replace human labor, these difficulties will worsen even without adding to the labor force through immigration. By deporting illegal aliens and imposing a zero-net MORATORIUM on legal Immigration, remaining jobs become available   to American citizens.

“Diversity within a nation destroys unity and leads to civil wars,” said ecologist Garret Hardin RIP. “Immigration, a benefit during the youth of a nation, can act as a disease in its mature state. Too much internal diversity in large nations has led to violence and disintegration. We are now in the process of destabilizing our own country. The magic words of destabilizers are ‘diversity’ and ‘multiculturalism’.”  Indeed, Cultural Marxism (which has become mainstream as reflected in the MSM, Academia, and Politics—see February 2010, posting at carryingcapacity.org) and Sharia Law Zones illustrate the beginning of destabilization and disintegration of the society.

Too much Diversity, Multiculturalism and a Culture cut loose from its moorings,  not to mention lawbreaking, are exactly what Sanctuary States and Cities and Mass Immigration foster.

CCN's SOLUTION!

Fortunately CCN and its ASAP Coalition Allies have a Solution which will work if we all push it hard enough.  We must stop Mass Illegal Immigration cold and Stop Mass Legal Immigration by pushing a zero-net (i.e., where immigration equals emigration) MORATORIUM. Is the RAISE Act a Solution?

Consider the positives and negatives of The Flawed RAISE Act below.

Sanctuary Cities alone cost American Taxpayers $14 BILLION annually nationally, with over $1 Billion each allocated to California and Texas (former Congressman Tom Tancredo, Breitbart.com 1/30/17).

And Mass LEGAL Immigration also causes loss of Social and Cultural Cohesion. That is, Mass Multicultural Immigration drives Social Disintegration, inter-Group Tension, Conflict, and in its worst Manifestations MULTICULTURAL CRIME and Chaos.

Therefore, it is IMPERATIVE TO DRAMATICALLY REDUCE LEGAL IMMIGRATION in addition to reversing colonization of our country by illegal aliens and opposing Sanctuary Cities.

Ask your Representatives to SPONSOR AN AMENDMENT TO THE RAISE ACT OR, BETTER, A SEPARATE BILL WHICH WOULD IMPOSE A ZERO-NET MORATORIUM ON ALL LEGAL IMMIGRATION WITH AN ALL-CATEGORIES-INCLUDED CAP OF 150,000 PER YEAR.

Ann Coulter is correct—anything less than a MORATORIUM on Legal Immigration will consign the America we have known to Oblivion.

Let us say it plainly, refusing to push for a Zero-Net MORATORIUM and preservation of Western Culture as the First Priorities amounts to giving permission for the continuing Mass Immigration Tidal Wave and National Deconstruction!

The RAISE Act:

The RAISE Act S354 (Cotton R-AR, Perdue R-GA) is a Good Bill But contains Three Serious Flaws.

It would:

¾    Reduce Legal Immigration by at least half to about 500,000 per year

¾    Require that Legal Immigrants speak English

¾    Require that Legal Immigrants NOT receive Welfare for 5 Years

¾    Limit "Refugees" to 50,000 per year

¾    End the Visa Lottery, and, above all…

¾    Reduce Chain Migration from appx 480,000 per year to appx.  88,000 per year by limiting family- sponsored Immigrants to spouses and minor children of US Citizens or Legal Permanent Residents.

It is Seriously flawed because:

1)      It would still allow over half a million Legal Entrants annually and thus Validates a continuation of Mass Immigration ad Infinitum—clearly Not Sustainable.

2)      By adopting a piecemeal Multi-Category approach is extremely vulnerable to Many Weakening Amendments

3)      It fails to push an all-categories-included 150,000 CAP.  CCN and its ASAP Coalition Allies Push for a Zero-Net MORATORIUM would not only impose such a CAP but it also maximizes Political Pressure to get Reductions. The RAISE Act  Fails this Test

Indeed, “Merit-Based” legal immigration (President Trump's criterion) should not be the sole Criterion for genuine Immigration Reform. The Numbers of Immigrants is critically important as well. This is why pushing for a Zero-Net MORATORIUM on legal immigration—as only CCN and its ASAP Coalition Allies do—is so important.

And the Culture of incoming Immigrants matters.  De Facto Sharia jurisdiction enclaves are springing up across the USA.  Just ask the long-time residents of Dearborn, Michigan just what that means for women's rights and public safety.

Bottom line:  the Mass Immigration of  some 1.5 Million Legal Immigrants per year depresses wages and causes the loss of Americans' Jobs and is also a substantial 330 Billion $$ annual net cost to U.S. Taxpayers.
