1.8 Million Immigrants arrived in the USA in 2016 (U.S. Census Bureau) — the Highest Level in U.S. History.

And between 1.5 and 1.6 Million of these were LEGAL Immigrants. California received over 400,000 LEGAL Immigrants that year and, under current law that flow continues. And there were 702,000 VISA Over-stayers in 2017, and 500,000 Illegal Aliens crossed the Border that year!

CCN’s recent Study shows that the NET Costs (after subtracting taxes Immigrants pay) of LEGAL Immigration is $330 BILLION per year to U.S. Taxpayers ($758 Million per year to each Congressional District or $1000 per year for each U.S. Taxpayer!).

The $330 BILLION does NOT include NET Costs to State and Local Taxpayers.

In addition, CCN’s Study found that 5.9 Million Americans have lost their jobs to immigrants since 2005.

NOW, consider the Fact that President Trump has indicated he will shut the Government down unless the new Funding Bill, which much be passed by September 30, includes funding for the Border Wall.

This means that it is highly likely that such a Bill will include other Immigration Reduction Provisions.

With your help NOW, CCN intends to intensify our push to maximize the Immigration Numbers Reduction in that Bill.

So CCN has drafted a letter below for you to send to the Members of the Senate and House, and most important to Members of the Border Security and Immigration Subcommittees of the House and Senate because these committees are typically the first to “Mark Up” (i.e., Edit/Change) Bills which are introduced. OPEN LETTER TO THE CONGESSIONAL SENATE and HOUSE BORDER SECURITY AND IMMIGRATION SUBCOMMITTEE MEMBERS—AND ALL OTHER MEMBERS—2017-2018 SESSION OF CONGRESS

Dear Member of Congress,

We are writing to urge you to support an Immigration Reduction Bill (see below) which would reduce the USA’s Deficit by over one half TRILLION $s in the Next Decade and avert a Government shutdown.  See Carrying Capacity Network’s recent Study of the Annual  NET Cost of LEGAL IMMIGRATION which provides Critical Cost Information that has for years been unavailable  you and all of the American people.

For most of the last at least a dozen years,  the average amount of public resources (i.e., tax dollars) wasted/spent  on LEGAL immigration has been an Annual NET Cost of $$ 330 BILLION  ($330,000,000.00 Yes , this is the NET l  after deducting taxes paid by Legal immigrants): Carrying Capacity Network Net Costs of Legal Immigration Study and this does NOT include additional cost borne by States & Localities.

Our question to you all is:

ARE YOU WILLING TO FINALLY STOP THIS NONSENSE???

We are not exactly sure what benefits have been claimed for the American people from the Annual LEGAL Immigrant flow of approximately 1.5 Million plus (let alone the hapless  TAXPAYER) — possibly  Chuck and Nancy would claim some,  but, NOW — given our prospective $$$ Trillion  Deficits,  is the PERFECT time for it to cease.  We know of no rational argument for its continuance. 
        
If we do the math, $330,000,000 000.00 divided by 330 million U.S. citizens has been a cost equivalent to an annual tax on each U.S. citizen—for a family of four. That is a tax each year of $4000.00!

We believe that the family of four would have had a better use for that money.

Or if you prefer, $330,000,000,000.00 divided by 435 congressional districts equals $758 million that could have been spent in each of those districts each year.  Congress should have never let this happen. It was a terrible mistake.  The taxpayer can never get his/her money back , but EACH OF YOU can stop this Outrageous policy now — by passing one simple bill — the ALL-CATEGORIES-INCLUDED ZERO-NET MORATORIUM ON LEGAL IMMIGRATION first proposed by the DIVERSITY COALITION in 1996 and presented to Congress in a News Conference hosted by House Ways and Means Chairman, Bill Archer, from Texas.  Had this bill passed, the U.S taxpayer would have saved  trillions of dollars — or at least the taxpayer could have spent it on himself and HIS family and/or for the Public Good instead of on others!!!   

Enacting a zero-Net Moratorium would reduce the Annual legal flow from 1.5 plus Million LEGAL Immigrants per year to 150,000 per year — about the same number as voluntarily leave the USA every year.

And CCN’s Study shows that enacting a zero-net Moratorium would SAVE ONE HALF TRILLION $$$ in the Next decade!! And Note the Study Debunks the Myth that we have a Worker Shortage.

The Fate of Immigration Legislation will likely be determined in the next very few months or weeks, since the Trump Administration intends to move hard and fast to stop Illegal Immigration.

But it is also crucially important to get Congress to dramatically reduce Legal Immigration as well and CCN says how to do it in this Alert! Once Congress has acted this year there will be Great Reluctance to address the issue for years to come, despite the continuing negative impact on American taxpayers/workers:
 

• All in all, about 1.5 Million Legal and several hundred thousand Illegal Immigrants enter the USA each year where they can receive free (i.e., taxpayer-funded) Medical Care, Education, Welfare, Food Stamps. In sum, over 90% of all "Refugees" and over 50% of all Legal Immigrants(!) are receiving taxpayer-funded Health Care, Education and Welfare Benefits, as well as competing with Americans for jobs.
• and other benefits include preferred access to H1b Jobs for many, resulting in depressed wages, and job loss, for American workers.
• Immigrants arriving between 1980 and 2000 reduced the average annual earnings of native-born men by 4% ($1700) - Borjas, Harvard University Press
• And, while Population growth may increase aggregate GDP, it always reduces per capita GDP.

This Assault on our Nation is encouraged by many in our Culturally Marxist compliant Mainstream Media, and, alas, the Open Borders Advocates in Congress.

So Now is the time to implement CCN's Most Effective Solution for reducing Legal Immigration including contacting your Representatives to ask them to support:
 

HR 6198 (from the 114th Congress) (Culberson, R-TX) would freeze all naturalization of Legal Permanent Residents until the Automated Biometric Identification System (IDENT) is completed. It would also revoke naturalization from aliens when DHS has good cause.

Encourage Rep. Grothman (R-WI) to reintroduce HR 6252 (from the 114th Congress), the Ending Sanctuary Cities Act, which would restrict sanctuary cities from receiving ANY Federal financial assistance. It would also give local officers Federal authority to honor detainers and make it unlawful to discharge or discriminate against an officer for honoring a detainer.

And support Rep. Barletta's (R-PA) Defund Sanctuary Cities Act (HR 83) as well as the Birthright Citizenship Act (HR 140) proposed by Rep. S King (R-IA) to end the Anchor Baby Scam.

Encourage Rep Babin (R-TX) to reintroduce HR 5816 (from the 114th Congress) which would suspend refugee resettlement for aliens from all terror-supporting nations, and support Rep. Babin's Criminal Alien Deportation Enforcement Act (HR 82)  to ensure Deportation of the as many as 800,000 Criminal Aliens (which the Obama Administration loosed upon American communities) ASAP!

And HR 546 (Culberson, R-TX) which would require the Director of the Office of Refugee Resettlement to obtain the approval of the Governor of a State before placing or resettling a refugee with the State, and for other purposes.

But the MOST IMPORTANT CONSIDERATION is: How to Generate Sufficient Political Clout to get these Bills passed and to get Reductions in the approximately 1.5 Million Annual Flow of Legal Immigrants into the USA.

ONLY CCN and its ASAP! Coalition Allies have The Most Effective Strategy for substantially reducing Legal Immigration as well as exposing and combating the Cultural Marxists and the various social policies, like Mass Immigration,  they push.

The Headlines come fast and furious these days 550,000 Illegal Aliens now enter the USA each year (U.S. Census) … add that to some 1.5 million Legal Immigrants/yr. That’s 2 Million/year NOT counting the offspring of these Immigrants — who would not otherwise have been Americans.

86,000 Illegal Immigrants Have Committed 231,000 Crimes in last 2.5 Years … and

MALKIN: Horror and Hush-Up in Twin Falls, Idaho -- "Refugees" allegedly Rape 5 year-old and

Accused Illegal Alien Murderer of Three Deported 6 Times since 2003 (Woodburn Oregon News Item) and

 925,000 Aliens ordered Removed (including 170,000 Convicted Criminals!) have NOT been Deported (cis.org).

Plus the Wage Depression and Job Loss suffered by Native Born Americans intensifies. But, incredibly(!) The House Appropriations Committee recently adopted an Amendment which could QUADRUPLE the number of H2b (low skilled) workers in the next year!

Consider the following facts from a study by Harvard Economist George Borjas:

·         Immigrants arriving between 1980 and 2000 reduced the average annual earnings of native-born men by about $1,700 or roughly 4%.

·         Among high school dropouts, who roughly correspond to the poorest tenth of the workforce, the impact was even larger—a 7.4% wage reduction.

·         Wage losses of native-born blacks and Hispanics are significantly larger than whites because a much larger share of those minorities directly compete with immigrants.

·         Native-born college graduates are not immune, their income falling by 3.6% due to the two decades worth of competing immigrants.[ Increasing the Supply of Labor Through Immigration: Measuring the Impact on Native-born Workers, , By George Borjas, CIS.org,  April 2004 ]

If current Mass Legal and Illegal Immigration Trends continue, by 2050 41.4% of the USAs working age population will be of very recent immigrant stock (Pew Research study).

    

FORTUNATELY  CCN and its ASAP Coalition Allies MOBILIZE THOUSANDS OF ACTIVISTS to PUSH our REAL SOLUTION --our 5-Point Activist Initiative below – which would make significant progress toward reducing Mass Immigration and the Threats associated with it.

Here’s how to help: Ask your Representatives and Friends to push:

1) An immediate and total prohibition on admitting any ostensible Syrian and Other “Refugees” AND A Zero-Net ALL-INCLUSIVE MORATORIUM on Legal Immigration, including legitimate refugees and asylees. This policy would still allow 100,000 to 150,000 thousand Immigrants to obtain legal residence annually.

Failure to push a MORATORIUM will result in overall Defeat. Bills like the Grassley (R-Iowa)- Durbin (D-Ill) S2266, which prohibit replacement of American Workers by H1B or L-1 Visa Holders, are a good start, but are entirely inadequate to solving the overall problem of the ongoing Invasion…only pushing a MORATORIUM can do that.

2) NO MORE AMNESTIES OR SANCTUARY CITIES—Amnesties reward Illegal Behavior with increasingly Tragic Consequences. Further, the US now has over 300 Sanctuary Cities  and several de facto Sanctuary States such as California. But “Sanctuary City” laws are de facto Amnesties and should be defunded and outlawed. Support Mobilizing Against Sanctuary Cities Act, HR 3002 – Rep. Barletta (R-PA) and Enforce the Law for Sanctuary Cities Act, HR 3309, Rep. Hunter (R-CA) as well as the companion bills in the Senate like S2146, The “Stop Sanctuary Policies and Protect Americans Act” which would withhold funds from Sanctuary Cities and reallocate them to jurisdictions willing to enforce the law. And a Bill sponsored by Senator Ted Cruz (R-Tx)  would impose mandatory sentencing on criminal Aliens.  Were it not for Sanctuary City laws and Open Borders policies, those victims murdered or injured by Illegal Aliens in San Francisco, San Antonio, Las Vegas and New Jersey, Arizona, and Laredo, Texas and elsewhere, might be alive and well today.

Certain of the aforementioned Bills will likely come up for a vote THIS WEEK so Call your Senators and Representatives and tell them you support all of them!

For those who say it is already “too late” to save America, we respond that unless we act NOW the Situation will become Worse, MUCH WORSE. UNLESS WE ACT NOW! IF we do not succeed in securing our Borders and enacting a Moratorium, a “Third World Hell Hole” (Ann Coulter) is assuredly in our Future. The BRUSSELS, SAN BERNARDINO, ORLANDO and PARIS MASSACRES and BOSTON BOMBING are WARNINGS! Hostile courts and fiscally irresponsible local and federal governments will become the rule rather than the exception.

3) Enforce Immigration Laws—Secure ALL the Borders— Existing laws relating to Legal Immigration and Border Security are not being enforced, primarily because of the Obama Administration's Unconstitutional Executive Orders, which include tying the hands of our Border Patrol. Indeed, the Obama Administration/ICE released 30,558 Convicted Criminal Aliens into American Cities in Fiscal Year 2014 alone!! (cis.org)

Encourage lawmakers to Build a real Border Fence and Support the “ICE Agent Support Act” of 2016 (S. 2538) which would allow ICE agents to fine Illegals and otherwise fulfill their Protection Duties.

4) No Citizenship for Illegal Aliens’ or Visitors’ Offspring—”Birth Tourism” has become a flourishing Industry in the USA, and, understandably so, since babies born in the USA are deemed (based on one key judicial misinterpretation of the 14th Amendment) to be Citizens. As Citizens, they can bring their parents and other relatives into the USA as permanent legal residents—on average, seventeen relatives per Anchor Baby—eligible for Citizenship, as well as “free” Medical Care, Education, Welfare payments, Food Stamps and other taxpayer funded benefits.

5) STOP the TPP &TTIP TRADE (i.e., Open Borders!) DEALS! The TPP would not only require “free movement of persons” among member nations (of which Mexico is one), but also establish an International Commission which could Negate/Override the power of the USA to set its own immigration policy. As well Service Providing Companies in ANY of the Member Nations could send into the USA unlimited numbers of their service providing personnel to compete with American workers, thus depressing American workers wages and eliminating many of their Jobs. The TPP and TTIP must be stopped!

We have to increase pressure to stop the flood because, the Obama Administration will be EXPANDING the Refugee Admissions Program to help the  Surging Flood of Migrants from Central America qualify as Refugees ... so said DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson just this month, also saying that he wanted to help these families “fleeing violence”.

•        But a CIS analysis of a Honduran Survey revealed that violence has decreased and in any event, fear of violence was not a major motivator in the decision to come to the USA, but that Economics was The Major Reason.
•       And we ask those who advocate admitting “Refugees” on Humanitarian grounds:  Do we not have a Moral Obligation to improve Opportunities for our own Working Poor, Homeless, Unemployed and underemployed, FIRST?!
•       Mass Immigration Advocate House Speaker Ryan (R-M) said that “We are not going to be talking about Visa Caps in our 2016 Agenda”  despite the fact that a Pew poll showed 67% of Republican voters want reduced immigration.
•       Illegal Aliens received over $750 Million in Obamacare subsidies alone as of June, 2015 according to a Senate Report! Indeed over 90% of “Refugee” families are receiving some form of welfare, at US taxpayer expense.
•       And Illegals received over $750 Million in Tax Credits according to the most recent tabulation!!
•       And over 50% of all Legal and Illegal headed Immigrant Households are on some sort of US Taxpayer-funded Public assistance program.
•       And all are eligible for some “Free” Medical Care and Public Education.

Plus over 500,000 holders of visas of various types—people who arrived as visitors or on temporary work visas—overstayed their visas in 2015 alone, according to DHS.

• And CCN documented the Threats to our Personal Safety posed by our Open Borders and Sanctuary Cities
• Yet ICE Director Saldana recently said that Border Enforcement is “NOT PRACTICAL” ..................INCREDIBLE, CCN says.

Here’s how to help: Ask your Representatives and Friends to push

1) An immediate and total prohibition on admitting any ostensible Syrian “Refugees” AND A Zero-Net All-Inclusive Moratorium on Legal Immigration, including legitimate refugees and asylees,—this would still allow 100,000 to 150,000 thousand Immigrants to obtain legal residence annually. Failure to push a MORATORIUM will result in a Defeat. Bills like the Grassley (R-Iowa)- Durbin (D-Ill) S2266, which prohibit replacement of American Workers by H1B or L-1 Visa Holders, are a good start, but are entirely inadequate to solving the overall problem of the ongoing Invasion…only pushing a MORATORIUM can do that.

2) No More Amnesties—Amnesties reward Illegal Behavior with increasingly Tragic Consequences. There are now over 300 Sanctuary Cities in the USA and several de facto Sanctuary States such as California. But “Sanctuary City” laws are de facto Amnesties and should be defunded and outlawed. Support Mobilizing Against Sanctuary Cities Act, HR 3002 – Rep. Barletta (R-PA) and Enforce the Law for Sanctuary Cities Act, HR 3309, Rep. Hunter (R-CA) as well as the companion bills in the Senate like S2146, The “Stop Sanctuary Policies and Protect Americans Act” which would withhold funds from Sanctuary Cities and reallocate them to jurisdictions willing to enforce the law. Were it not for Sanctuary City laws and Open Borders policies, those victims murdered or injured by Illegal Aliens in San Francisco, San Antonio, Las Vegas and New Jersey, Arizona, and Laredo, Texas might be alive and well today.

For those who say it is already “too late” to save America, we respond that unless we act NOW the Situation will become Worse, MUCH WORSE. UNLESS WE ACT NOW! IF we do not succeed in securing our Borders and enacting a Moratorium a “Third World Hell Hole” (Ann Coulter) is surely in our Future. The SAN BERNARDINO and  PARIS MASSACRES and BOSTON BOMBING are WARNINGS!

3) Enforce Immigration Laws—Secure the Borders— Existing laws relating to Legal Immigration and Border Security are not being enforced, primarily because of the Obama Administration's Unconstitutional Executive Orders including tying the hands of our Border Patrol.

Indeed, the Obama Administration/ICE released 30,558 Convicted Criminal Aliens into American Cities in Fiscal Year 2014 alone!! (cis.org)

Encourage lawmakers to Build a real Border Fence and Support the "ICE Agent Support Act of 2016 (S 2538) which would allow ICE agents to fine Illegals and otherwise fulfill their Protection Duties.

4) No Citizenship for Illegal Aliens’ or Visitors’ Offspring—”Birth Tourism” has become a flourishing Industry in the USA, and, understandably so, since babies born in the USA are deemed (based on one key judicial misinterpretation of the 14th Amendment) to be Citizens. As Citizens, they can bring their parents and other relatives into the USA as permanent legal residents—on average, seventeen relatives per Anchor Baby—eligible for Citizenship, as well as “free” Medical Care, Education, Welfare payments, Food Stamps and other taxpayer funded benefits.

5) STOP the TPP TRADE (i.e., Open Borders!) DEAL! The TPP would not only require “free movement of persons” among member nations (of which Mexico is one), but also establish an International Commission which could Negate/Override the power of the USA to set its own immigration policy. As well Service Providing Companies in ANY of the Member Nations could send into the USA unlimited numbers of their service providing personnel to compete with American workers, thus depressing American workers wages and eliminating many of their Jobs. The TPP must be stopped!

Push for a Zero-Net Moratorium as a First Priority NOW, in order to Maximize the chances of getting one in the Spring, 2017, because Pushing for a Zero-Net Moratorium on legal immigration maximizes Political Pressure to get some Reductions at least and maximizes pressure to get Good Bills of all types.

The Horrific Murder of Kate Steinle by a convicted Felon Illegal Alien who had returned to a “Sanctuary City” after having been deported, was given Extensive Coverage, even in the Main Stream Media.

But what the MSM is not covering is the Increasing number of Violent Assaults on Americans by such Criminal Aliens.

  Considering just a few of the recent  Assaults, note that 

• A previously Deported Criminal Alien from El Salvador who was convicted of kidnapping and raping a 12-year-old girl, recently made his way back to the USA though our porous Border. 
• And Jose Manuel Segoria, previously convicted of child rape was recently re-arrested in Texas 
• And Pablo Medrano Banda previously convicted of indecency with a child was also re-arrested 
• And Illegal Alien Felon Francisco Chavez was re-arrested on July 30 in Paso Robles for beating a two-year old girl! ICE issued a Detainer but the Sheriff released him because of the Sanctuary City Policy.

And the list of Criminal Illegal Aliens goes on and on but is not limited to Illegals. The Boston Bombers and family were legal immigrants receiving a variety of Benefits, Courtesy of us Taxpayers.

Yet the Obama Administration plans to admit nearly 200,000 alleged “Refugees” into the USA in the next two years. Given the numbers it is impossible to “Vet” such a huge number to weed out possible terrorists or criminals. Indeed, these “Refugees” seeking “Refuge” in the European Union and USA are mainly “young, fit and overwhelmingly Male” and many are not Syrians (Simon Kent, Breitbart.com).

But to date, our DHS has been approving 90% of the ostensibly “Syrian” “Refugees” applications. As well, Refugees are also immediately eligible for

all the “Benefits” to which Americans are entitled, including Welfare, Food Stamps, and Social Security.  The Prophetic Vision expressed in Jean Raspail's Novel "The Camp of the Saints" about Europe being overrun by Hordes of Ostensible Refugees, is now being realized not only in Europe, but also in the USA, but just not as visibly due to MSM Silence.

We have extensively covered the multi-Billion Net Costs the 1.5 Million Legal and hundreds of thousands of Illegal Immigrants impose on the US Taxpayer each year, but it is important to reiterate that fully 51% of Immigrant-headed Households in the U.S. now receive Taxpayer-funded Benefits (cis.org).

And this Mass Immigration increasingly harms America’s unemployed and underemployed. In September, 2015 alone, Native Born employment fell by 236,000 but Immigrant Employment rose by 16,000 (Rubenstein, vDare.com). And layoffs of Americans to hire Immigrant H1Bs continues—cf. Disney and Toys-R-Us.

Yet, as if the Obama Administration's refusal to defend the Border and de facto encouragement of Mass Immigration were not enough, the Potential for our Government to Control or limit Immigration in the future is now greatly threatened.

The TransPacific Partnership (TPP) Trade Deal recently agreed to by Nations including Immigrant-sending Countries like Mexico and Viet Nam contains a provision which would allow

1)      the free flow of workers among signatory Nations and would

2)      override National Restrictions on Immigration!!

Worse, as a Treaty, it arguably could not be overridden or modified by Congress. There are many other reasons to vote down this ostensible Trade Deal -- it would increase the USA's Trade Deficit, send more U.S. Jobs overseas to countries paying "slave wages", weaken Patent and Trademark and Environmental protection, and weaken Food Safety and

Above all, we must defeat the TPP because it would transfer, possibly permanently, Authority over Immigration policy from the U.S. Congress to a regional Entity, with no loyalty to the U.S.

Thus, regardless of other considerations, it is essential that this “Trade Deal” be voted down by Congress because it is a “Trojan Horse” for Obama’s Pro Mass Immigration Agenda, as Curtis Ellis of the American Alliance for Jobs correctly put it.

So all of must Act now to Enhance our Personal Safety by dramatically reducing Legal Immigration and Stopping Illegal Immigration.

And, in another Startling Development, it appears the Obama Administration has committed the U.S. to participate in a United Nations engineered “Cop Swap”. This would apparently involve bringing Foreign Police to the USA (while sending some of ours Abroad) including Police from Muslim Nations, to police American Cities. One of the Goals is to “increase cooperation across borders”.

Of course, this could be a ploy to weaken/eliminate Borders and cede more U.S. Sovereign Authority to the control by and possible Taxation by the U.N.

The UN-sponsored so-called “Strong Cities Network to Strengthen Communities Resilience Against Violent Extremism” Cop Swap would be controlled by the European Union’s Institute for Strategic Dialogue.

Of course, one key way to derail this Plan, and Obama’s Executive Orders for Illegal Alien Amnesty would be to defund their implementation.

           

The bottom-line is that the pressures to Immigrate to the USA from whatever cause, will only increase, and already the USA admits 1.5 Million Legals and hundreds of thousands of Illegals, and is giving citizenship to the US-born children of illegal aliens.

               

The Pressure for increased Mass Immigration into the USA does not come only from outside the USA, nor only from the Cheap Labor lobby on the Right, nor Ethnic Groups and Government Benefits Recipients on the Left. Many of these are loyal — if misguided — Americans.

               

Pressure also comes from those who are, knowingly or not, Culturally Marxist Compliant. Cultural Marxism is thus the reigning Ideology of certain Elites in the U.S. and is fully expressed in the Main Stream Media, certain Universities, and Political Parties.

               

Indeed, Cultural Marxism is a powerful Driving Force behind Political Correctness, Mass Immigration, Diversity Studies, anti-Western Civilization Movements and Regionalism/ Globalism (i.e., disabling/weakening Borders). The proposed TPP Trade Deal and the UN’s proposed “Cop Swap” Program are examples of this Movement.  Note that “Globalism” is different from Internationalism – internationalism respects borders and differing cultures.
