The kindness of Americans who want to extend a hand is often and easily abused.  So, before reading about Jean Raspail's 1973 novel, here is a heads-up on how it opens:  Journalists extol the virtues and suffering of refugees struggling to reach richer shores.  When the hordes spill into their new country, these same journalists escape to their personal bolt holes.  They don't stay to live with the consequences of the act of kindness they urged on ordinary people.

The bottom line is that Americans who do not wish to be expropriated in their own country should run, not walk, to sign up in opposition to unlimited asylee and refugee programs, and in opposition as well to Mass Legal Immigration, endorsed by certain politicians, journalists, and Cultural Marxists who are in the process of undermining Americans and our country, at our Great Expense.

In the caravan now piled up against the US’s border walls, (and in Sanctuary cities) Raspail's Camp of the Saints is coming to the USA!  His chillingly prophetic 1973 novel about a huge armada of “refugees” from the Third World invading Europe is being realized both in Europe and here in the USA NOW. Consider:

Those assaulting the border at Tijuana and elsewhere are seeking Asylee status. The number of Asylees and Refugees is de facto NOT limited under the current law.

 Under pressure, the US government could go soft!!!

¾    “Visa Lottery”, “Chain Migration” and “Anchor Baby” Categories are also     unlimited.  Visa Lottery “winners” can bring in any number of family members via “Chain Migration Provisions”

¾    And the H—1B worker category ALSO facilitates de facto unlimited Immigration.  “The percentage of foreign workers is growing at companies like Facebook because the H-1B workers do not return home. Instead, companies sponsor them for green cards so they can stay permanently”  (Prof. Computer Science  U.C. Davis Norm Matloff).  And then, of course, their relatives come via Chain Migration.

¾    5.9 Million Americans have lost their jobs since 2005 due to Mass Legal Immigration and...

¾    Mass Legal Immigration costs American Taxpayers $330 Billion/Year NET.  The 'net' means, the cost after subtracting Taxes Immigrants pay. That’s $1,000/year for every Taxpaying American!!  (“NET Costs of Legal Immigration”, by Noted Economist John Williams for CCN).

Many Americans see the danger and are acting, as shown by the raging Sanctuary City battle. Texas and Iowa have banned Sanctuary cities and several cities and counties in California are rising up in opposition as well.

THE SOLUTION

CCN's and ASAP! Coalition Allies Strategy—push an all-categories-included zero-net MORATORIUM on legal immigration—can succeed but we must all push hard and NOW.

Consider that President Trump has said he will not sign the government refunding bill this coming September unless there is full funding for the Border Wall.... That almost guarantees there will be other immigration provisions in that Bill.

It is time to intensify our activism now by pushing a zero-net MORATORIUM on Legal Immigration which would reduce the Magnet Effect of what is now an open door policy for Illegals claiming Asylee status… the numbers of Asylees admitted would be strictly limited under an all-categories-included CAP.  And of course, we must build that Border Wall soon and oppose Sanctuary Cities, as well.

Beware of repeating earlier mistakes. Prior  attempts to reduce immigration in bills considered in 1980, 1986, 1990, 1996, 2003,4,and 5 and subsequently, all failed because Mass Immigration Management organizations  which claim to be Reduction Organizations  adopted (and alas still adopt) a piecemeal approach to lobbying:  i.e., ”reduce this category, but not that one....” etc.

Essential to success is pushing an all-categories-included zero net immigration Moratorium. Funding is essential NOW for the ASAP! Coalition activist organization www.carryingcapacity.org. CCN will maximize political leverage by mobilizing activists to push for a zero-net MORATORIUM on immigration. The 1.6 Million annual Legal Immigrant flow—which includes refugees, asylees, H1b visa holders and their families—needs to stop. And, with the World’s population increasing by 80 Million a year, the pressure to come to the U.S.A. will inevitably become greater.

The goal is 150,000 annually until the US environment and economy stabilize at healthy levels.

And the Illegal Immigrant flow must be stopped entirely.

Let us say it plainly, refusing to push for a Zero-Net MORATORIUM (as the Mass Immigration Management Groups continue to refuse to do) and for preservation of Western Culture as the First Priorities amounts to encouraging the continuing Mass Immigration Tidal Wave and National Deconstruction and the continued Displacement and Wage Depression of American Workers! And continuing huge cost to us taxpayers.

Indeed,  advocating a continuation of Mass Legal Immigration of 500,000/year (eventually reduced to 300,000/year)  as one Management Group does is Counterproductive—that position sanctions and promotes a continuation of Mass Immigration ad infinitum—and generates zero political leverage to get any reductions!!

Ann Coulter is correct—anything less than a MORATORIUM on Legal Immigration will consign the America we have known to Oblivion.

March 2017 ACTION ALERT!

This was Yesterday:  Sweden is safe with a very low crime rate.  It becomes the most Immigrant-welcoming Country in the European Union.

Now, Today: With hundreds of thousands of mostly Muslim immigrants, Sweden increasingly suffers from an intensifying Crime Wave including Riots and Mass Rapes.

Just a few days ago Stockholm suffered another Round of Rioting with cars burned and Rocks thrown. (zerohedge.com 2/20/17) Such Immigrant riots and other crimes started in 2010, just as Mass Immigration into Europe was beginning.

And the MASS RAPES are intensifying too. The Stockholm music festivals in the summers of 2015 and 2016 experienced many. The Swedish public authorities attempted to cover up reports about these as well as more incidents of Rape and other crimes as reported by zerohedge/Gatestone and others

When it comes to sexual assaults at public swimming pools, the report states that there were 123 reports of such incidents in 2015. 86% of the suspects were younger than 20 years old; most were around 15-16:

“In 80% of the reported cases from public pools, the perpetrators claimed to be or were found to be of foreign descent. Most had no Swedish social security number and the complaints stated that they belonged to groups of boys seeking asylum.”

Indeed this MULTICULTURAL CRIME AND CHAOS is by no means limited to Sweden or to their mostly Muslim Immigrants.

The 950,000 Illegals who were caught but NOT deported from the USA by the Obama Administration, and who have broken laws in addition to law-breaking by merely being in the USA, are mainly not Muslim. Indeed, neither are the 90,000 convicted Criminal Illegals released (as of last year) and free to find Refuge in Sanctuary Cities .

Moreover, illegal aliens are not the sole offenders, the offenders are mainly legal immigrants.

Indeed, the Boston Bombings and San Bernardino and many European attacks were perpetrated by mostly LEGAL Immigrants, who to say the least, had neither assimilated into European or American Culture, nor adhered to American nor Traditional European Values.

The Immigration policy battle is in many respects between the Globalists who, the evidence indicates, want to create a worldwide [de-culturated] dictatorship, and the Nationalists, who want to preserve their National values and traditions. 

A note on definitions: Globalism dissolves national borders and identities; internationalism refers to the coalitions and cooperation freely negotiated between sovereign nations. In this respect, the Goals of the Globalists and Cultural Marxists are identical.

Peter Goodchild expands on the importance of this crucial distinction:

"Globalism is the ultimate political problem of our time, but the expansion of Islam is the most immediate. I first noticed the problem of Islam while spending three years in the Middle East. But what is not widely recognized is that many government leaders are lying about the problems. The globalists would like to fill the West with people who will help to create a vast dictatorship, where the main population consists of uneducated people (especially Muslims) accustomed to autocracy, and where the dissidents (especially Caucasians) are reduced in numbers, taught to be ashamed of their own culture, and brainwashed into a belief in what is euphemistically called multiculturalism. Crucially Important to note is that most of the monetary cost and many of the crimes in both Europe and the USA are committed by Legal Immigrants.  Therefore in light of the fact that the Trump Administration is likely to be reasonably successful in greatly reducing Illegal Immigration, OUR FOCUS SHOULD BE MAINLY ON REDUCING LEGAL IMMIGRATION.

Indeed, “Merit-Based” legal immigration (President Trump’s criterion) should not be the sole Criterion for genuine Immigration Reform.  The Costs and other Negative Effects of Massive Numbers are critically important as well. This is why pushing for a Zero-Net Moratorium on legal is so important as only CCN and its ASAP Coalition Allies do.

Bottom line:  the Mass Immigration of  some 1.5 Legal Immigrants per year is not only a substantial multi-billion $$ net cost (over 50% of all Legals and over 90% of all "Refugees" receive one or more welfare benefits), but it also depresses wages and causes the loss of Americans' Jobs (See Generally, E Rubenstein vDare.com).

And in addition to the Serious Risks to Public and Personal Safety, Sanctuary Cities cost American Taxpayers $14 BILLION annually nationally.  And including over $1 Billion each to California and Texas (Fmr. Congressman Tom Tancredo, Breitbart.com 1/30/17)

But Mass LEGAL Immigration also causes loss of Social and Cultural Cohesion.   That is, Mass Multicultural Immigration drives Social Disintegration, inter-Group Tension, Conflict, and in its worst Manifestations MULTICULTURAL CRIME and Chaos.

Therefore, it is IMPERATIVE TO DRAMATICALLY REDUCE LEGAL IMMIGRATION in addition to reversing colonization of our country by illegal aliens.

Ask your Representatives to enact Mandatory eVerify, outlaw Birth-Citizenship Tourism, and to Cosponsor the RAISE Act (S354—Cotton [R-AR]) (and a companion bill in the House) which would end chain migration and the Diversity Lottery AND ABOVE ALL SPONSOR AN AMENDMENT WHICH WOULD IMPOSE A ZERO-NET MORATORIUM ON ALL LEGAL IMMIGRATION.

Perhaps the most powerful FORCE is Cultural Marxism. Perhaps the most insidious aspect of Cultural Marxism is that it derives its power psychologically, through indoctrination (or to use a slang term, brainwashing).  Schools, pulpits, films and the media are important channels for spreading its messages. Consider one recent Culturally Marxist inspired Power Play as reported by the Investment website ZeroHedge.com:

“Student protesters at the University of California-Berkeley gathered in front of a bridge on campus and forcibly prevented white people from crossing it. Students of color were allowed to pass.

“The massive human wall was conceived as a demonstration in support of ‘safe spaces’ on campus. Activists wanted the university administration to designate additional safe spaces for transsexual students, gay students, and students of color. They were apparently incensed that one of their official safe spaces had been moved from the fifth floor of a building to the basement.

“According to video footage of the protest, demonstrators blocked off the bridge completely. Many students who needed to get to class had no choice but to cross the stream by jumping from rock to rock. Dozens of people can be seen doing so.

“In the video, the activists appeared to let several students of color pass unmolested, but white students were forced to find other routes. A few who tried to force their way through were violently rebuffed. Protesters shouted “Go around! Go around!” at a white man on a bicycle.

“Another student was told, ‘This is bigger than you,’ by a protester. ‘This is about whiteness.’”

Indeed, this is a Culturally Marxist inspired attack on Free Speech via the demand for “Safe Spaces” and a Power Play via racist Identity Politics, i.e., Demonizing White Students because of alleged “White Privilege” to achieve more power and resources for other groups (aka, in slang terms, playing the Victim Card).

The absurd lengths of Cultural Marxist Compliant Academics to infantilize students has resulted in the beginnings of opposition to Cultural Marxism. Consider the “Suck It Up, Buttercup” bill introduced by an Iowa Legislator earlier this year.

Any speech the Marxists do not like they characterize as “Hate speech.” Couple that claim with the imposition of the “Politically Correct” test via Social Pressure and their controlled Media, and you begin to understand the source of Cultural Marxism’s power (see also The Vanishing American Dream, Abernethy, V., Transaction Publishers, 2016, available at Amazon).

Another Culturally Marxist inspired Threat to the USA is the attack on Citizenship and the Integrity of Elections. Over three million Illegal Aliens voted in the recent election (www.infowars.com) and this was facilitated by mail-in ballots and the Millions of Illegal Aliens who have obtained Drivers Licenses and used them as IDs for voting. 

And yet another Cultural Marxist tactic is the “Deconstruction” phenomenon in Academia.

Yet another project of the Cultural Marxists is Mass Immigration which, because the Multiculturalism it brings destroys the Social Cohesion of the USA and other Western Nations, helps achieve the Marxists’ goals.

But in fact Mass Immigration seriously injures the USA and Americans in a variety of ways, most obviously, with its tremendous net Costs, and also through Wage Depression and Job Loss. Consider:

—Most Legal and Illegal Immigrants have low education levels. The New Americans, a 1990s National Research Council analysis, estimated that the average newcomer from Central America has less than an eight grade education. And if 10 Million Illegals are given Amnesty, the NET cost to U.S. Taxpayers would be $1.29 TRILLION, or $15,000 for each and every Household in the USA!  (R.Rector — National Academy of Sciences, November 2016).

—Ten million illegal aliens is a misleading number, promulgated by pro-Amnesty advocates. The real number of illegal aliens who might take advantage of Amnesty is much higher, because by 2005 over 20 million illegal aliens were estimated already to be in the United States (Abernethy, 2016).

—The study also found no evidence that low-skill workers are a net economic benefit.  Indeed, the “free” (i.e., Taxpayer-funded) Medical Care and Education and other benefits many receive is extremely expensive. The well-intentioned Social Safety Net which the USA seeks to provide via “Free” Benefits (i.e., taxpayer-funded) is incompatible with the present de facto policy of Mass Immigration. Even Libertarians—such as Doug Casey and Milton Friedman’s wife, Rose, who on principle support open borders—reject mass immigration and refugee flows into countries that provide free public services. 

—Further, continuing Illegal Immigration is downright Dangerous—Over 90,000 Criminal Illegal Aliens were released into U.S. Communities in 2015 alone! (DHS data) and can safely stay in “Sanctuary Cities.” Kate Steinle’s, and many other families, have suffered Murder, Robbery and Rape crimes committed by Criminal Aliens.

Fortunately, CCN offers the Most, and likely the Only, Effective Strategy exposing and combating the Cultural Marxists and the various social policies like Mass Immigration that they push.

And the election of Donald Trump as President provides the opportunity to succeed in reversing the most destructive trends if we all intensify our efforts.

14.3 Million More Native-Born Americans are NOT Working today than in 2000, as reflected in the lowest Labor Force Participation rate in decades (cis.org).

•    And every year the USA de facto “accepts”

o   one Million Legal Immigrants PLUS

We have to increase pressure to stop the flood because, the Obama Administration will be EXPANDING the Refugee Admissions Program to help the  Surging Flood of Migrants from Central America qualify as Refugees ... so said DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson just this month, also saying that he wanted to help these families “fleeing violence”.

•        But a CIS analysis of a Honduran Survey revealed that violence has decreased and in any event, fear of violence was not a major motivator in the decision to come to the USA, but that Economics was The Major Reason.
•       And we ask those who advocate admitting “Refugees” on Humanitarian grounds:  Do we not have a Moral Obligation to improve Opportunities for our own Working Poor, Homeless, Unemployed and underemployed, FIRST?!
•       Mass Immigration Advocate House Speaker Ryan (R-M) said that “We are not going to be talking about Visa Caps in our 2016 Agenda”  despite the fact that a Pew poll showed 67% of Republican voters want reduced immigration.

Failure to push a MORATORIUM will result in a Defeat. Bills like the Grassley (R-Iowa)- Durbin (D-Ill) S2266, which prohibit replacement of American Workers by H1B or L-1 Visa Holders, are a good start, but are entirely inadequate to solving the overall problem of the ongoing Invasion…only pushing a MORATORIUM can do that.

2) No More Amnesties—Amnesties reward Illegal Behavior with increasingly Tragic Consequences. There are now over 300 Sanctuary Cities in the USA and several de facto Sanctuary States such as California. But “Sanctuary City” laws are de facto Amnesties and should be defunded and outlawed. Support Mobilizing Against Sanctuary Cities Act, HR 3002 – Rep. Barletta (R-PA) and Enforce the Law for Sanctuary Cities Act, HR 3309, Rep. Hunter (R-CA) as well as the companion bills in the Senate like S2146, The “Stop Sanctuary Policies and Protect Americans Act” which would withhold funds from Sanctuary Cities and reallocate them to jurisdictions willing to enforce the law. Were it not for Sanctuary City laws and Open Borders policies, those victims murdered or injured by Illegal Aliens in San Francisco, San Antonio, Las Vegas and New Jersey, Arizona, and Laredo, Texas might be alive and well today.

For those who say it is already “too late” to save America, we respond that unless we act NOW the Situation will become Worse, MUCH WORSE. UNLESS WE ACT NOW! IF we do not succeed in securing our Borders and enacting a Moratorium a “Third World Hell Hole” (Ann Coulter) is surely in our Future. Encourage lawmakers to Build a real Border Fence and Support the "ICE Agent Support Act of 2016 (S 2538) which would allow ICE agents to fine Illegals and otherwise fulfill their Protection Duties.

4) No Citizenship for Illegal Aliens’ or Visitors’ Offspring—”Birth Tourism” has become a flourishing Industry in the USA, and, understandably so, since babies born in the USA are deemed (based on one key judicial misinterpretation of the 14th Amendment) to be Citizens. As Citizens, they can bring their parents and other relatives into the USA as permanent legal residents—on average, seventeen relatives per Anchor Baby—eligible for Citizenship, as well as “free” Medical Care, Education, Welfare payments, Food Stamps and other taxpayer funded benefits.

5) STOP the TPP TRADE (i.e., Open Borders!) DEAL! The TPP would not only require “free movement of persons” among member nations (of which Mexico is one), but also establish an International Commission which could Negate/Override the power of the USA to set its own immigration policy. As well Service Providing Companies in ANY of the Member Nations could send into the USA unlimited numbers of their service providing personnel to compete with American workers, thus depressing American workers wages and eliminating many of their Jobs. The TPP must be stopped!

— THE ONLY SOLUTION to Diminishing our Worsening Crises

The USA, dare we still say "our" USA, is at a Tipping Point, And we have very little time, perhaps only until the end of 2017 to prevent it from tipping into more severe Social Disunity and Chaos, more Wage Depression and Job Losses for Americans and ever-increasing Threats to our Personal Security.

THE BOSTON BOMBINGS & PARIS MASSACRES are a WARNING To US! Mass Legal and Illegal Immigration must be stopped.

Immigration Costs are HUGE. And of course, Billions more net costs are coming for "free" (i.e., Taxpayer funded) Education and Health Care for Immigrants, 51% of whose households are on some welfare program (cis.org).

But more than all that, Americans, including especially Christians, are increasingly being vilified and victimized, both psychologically and physically as the USA is continuously beset by a veritable Invasion.

And this Crisis will worsen unless we achieve Dramatic Reductions in the 1.5 Million Legal immigrants and hundreds of thousands of Illegal aliens flooding into the USA EACH YEAR!

Carrying Capacity Network describes here an Initiative which will Stop the Worsening Crises, but we many thousands must all intensify our efforts NOW to Succeed by the end of 2017.

In order to succeed we must first understand the Key Causes of our current Crisis which range far beyond the numbers reflected in the budgetary and infrastructure consequences, although they are Important.  It is NOT "just about the Numbers" as one Immigration Management group says.

Indeed, Key Management Groups Strategies are Counterproductive as we demonstrate below.

Mass Immigration also increasingly threatens American Culture, Western Civilization Social Cohesion and our PERSONAL SAFETY as CCN has repeatedly documented.

The Forces behind The Great Invasion which is now very visibly destroying European Civilization are now also increasingly damaging the USA, but this is not generally being reported by the Cuckservative Mainstream Media—which also was misreporting the European crisis (e.g., a majority of the “Refugees” are actually young single Muslim males), until the Paris Massacres.

Of course, the Cheap Labor Lobby on the Right, and the Ethnic Group Partisans on the Left are forces, but it is crucial to understand the most Powerful Force—The Culturally Marxist Left.

Consider the Object Lesson of Europe: Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban indicates that the current mass movement of people into Europe is a continuation of FAR LEFTISTS' efforts to destroy European Civilization. He is correct, and Mass Immigration is on the Road to achieving that Destruction in the USA as well.

First there was Communism and the effort to divide and destroy Western Europe through turning the "proletariat" against everyone else.  That didn't work so well for Communism because Europeans have generally shared the values of family and Christianity and National Loyalty.

But in recent decades came Cultural Marxism, invented by a jailbird in Italy and adopted/expanded by the New School of Social Research in Germany and then NYC, USA. The movement foresaw and has actually implemented a "long march through Western institutions" and has succeeded so well that many Americans don't know it has happened to them. Indeed the Leftists have and are successfully following Lenin's injunction:  "the best way to control the opposition is to lead it ourselves."

In fact, much of the Mainstream Media and many Educational and other Institutions are already dominated by Cultural Marxists or the Culturally Marxist-compliant. The results are there to see: family structure undermined; Christianity denied in the public square; idealization of "diversity" and rejection of voluntary associations and the choice to remain separate, and attacks on National Unity and Traditions. And of course, Mass Immigration.

A Major Goal of Cultural Marxism is to Create Divisions everywhere in Society. All enforced by Political Correctness and, alarmingly, sometimes by the court system. CCN was among the first to sound the alarm to the general public. But the results of Cultural Marxism so far haven't satisfied the Culturally Marxist LEFT, who want destruction of Western National and Ethnic Identity, and Traditions.  Mass immigration at its current pace hasn't satisfied the traitors. Make no mistake, their latest effort is an invasion designed to physically overwhelm and displace us, as it currently is overwhelming Europe.

Indeed, in the USA Cultural Marxism is not only the powerful Driving Force behind Political Correctness and Mass Immigration, but also Diversity Studies, anti-Western Civilization Movements and Regionalism/Globalism (i.e., disabling/weakening Borders). The proposed TPP Trade Deal and the UN’s proposed “Cop Swap” Program are examples of this Movement.  Note that “Globalism” is different from Internationalism – internationalism respects borders and differing cultures.

                

The foregoing is not just a theory promoted by a few Radical Leftists.  Rather, it is a Cultural Marxist Initiative which includes the ONGOING Appropriation of Assets and Rights by Aliens.  California already provides Illegal Aliens with Drivers Licenses!  One need only consider the Ten Point "Bill of Rights" of the Pro-Illegal Alien Amnesty Group, "United We Stay" which include demands that Illegal Aliens receive: 

• Citizenship and thus all the accompanying Rights, 
• and "free" Healthcare, 
• and In-state Tuition!!, 
• and Wage Equality, and Life, Liberty, 
• and the Pursuit of Happiness 
• and Five other "Rights"

We encourage those who doubt that this is an Imminent or Serious Threat to visit two or three Major College Campuses, and then read the gripping and prophetic novel, The Camp of the Saints, written in 1974 by Jean Raspail.
