At University campuses across the USA, constitutionally protected Free Speech is being suppressed. From punishment meted out to those who chalked “Trump” on sidewalks to threats against journalists at the U. of Missouri and elsewhere. Political Correctness increasingly reigns and is being “enforced” by the Culturally Marxist Compliant. 

And now Harvard Professor Tushnet is leading the charge to penalize those expressing their religious freedom.

“A Harvard Law professor is telling his fellow liberals that the culture wars are over and the victorious Left should treat conservative Christians the way the allies treated Germany and Japan after World War II, offering no quarter or clemency........

“‘Trying to be nice to the losers didn’t work well after the Civil War, nor after Brown,’ he notes, whereas ‘taking a hard line seemed to work reasonably well in Germany and Japan after 1945.’

“As author and commentator Ryan Anderson observes, Tushnet depicts the ‘losers’ of the American culture wars—meaning primarily Orthodox Jews, Roman Catholics and Evangelical Christians—as ‘the functional equivalent of racists and Nazis’”

Though Tushnet does not acknowledge it, the Culture War he wants to win has relatively little to do with religion. Tushnet’s biggest gun is directed at the Bill of Rights, Article I, which protects speech and, ultimately, private thought which is to be demolished while Tushnet and his ilk set up their own articles of faith from which no one could dissent.

Indeed, this position reflects the Cultural Marxists advocacy of prohibitions on “Hate Speech” with “Hate Speech” being defined as any speech they do not like. If they succeed, it would destroy the First Amendment guarantee of Freedom of Speech and be yet another step down the road toward Marxist Authoritarianism.

Yes, the very Essence of our Democracy—Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Religion—are increasingly Threatened, but NOT yet lost, contrary to Tushnet’s Assertion.     1) An immediate and total prohibition on admitting any ostensible Syrian and Other “Refugees” AND A Zero-Net ALL-INCLUSIVE MORATORIUM on Legal Immigration, including legitimate refugees and asylees. This policy would still allow 100,000 to 150,000 thousand Immigrants to obtain legal residence annually.

    Failure to push a MORATORIUM will result in overall Defeat. Bills like the Grassley (R-Iowa)- Durbin (D-Ill) S2266, which prohibit replacement of American Workers by H1B or L-1 Visa Holders, are a good start, but are entirely inadequate to solving the overall problem of the ongoing Invasion…only pushing a MORATORIUM can do that.

    2) NO MORE AMNESTIES OR SANCTUARY CITIES—Amnesties reward Illegal Behavior with increasingly Tragic Consequences. There are now over 300 Sanctuary Cities in the USA and several de facto Sanctuary States such as California. But “Sanctuary City” laws are de facto Amnesties and should be defunded and outlawed. Support Mobilizing Against Sanctuary Cities Act, HR 3002 – Rep. Barletta (R-PA) and Enforce the Law for Sanctuary Cities Act, HR 3309, Rep. Hunter (R-CA) as well as the companion bills in the Senate like S2146, The “Stop Sanctuary Policies and Protect Americans Act” which would withhold funds from Sanctuary Cities and reallocate them to jurisdictions willing to enforce the law. Were it not for Sanctuary City laws and Open Borders policies, those victims murdered or injured by Illegal Aliens in San Francisco, San Antonio, Las Vegas and New Jersey, Arizona, and Laredo, Texas and elsewhere, might be alive and well today

    For those who say it is already “too late” to save America, we respond that UNLESS WE ACT NOW the Situation will become Worse, MUCH WORSE!

    Encourage lawmakers to Build a real Border Fence and Support the “ICE Agent Support Act” of 2016 (S. 2538) which would allow ICE agents to fine Illegals and otherwise fulfill their Protection Duties. And encourage your Reps. to vote NO on the so-called Prison Reform Legislation.

    4) No Citizenship for Illegal Aliens’ or Visitors’ Offspring—”Birth Tourism” has become a flourishing Industry in the USA, and, understandably so, since babies born in the USA are deemed (based on one key judicial misinterpretation of the 14th Amendment) to be Citizens. As Citizens, they can bring their parents and other relatives into the USA as permanent legal residents—on average, seventeen relatives per Anchor Baby—eligible for Citizenship, as well as “free” Medical Care, Education, Welfare payments, Food Stamps and other taxpayer funded benefits.

    5) STOP the TPP and TTIP TRADE (i.e., Open Borders!) DEALS! The TPP would not only require “free movement of persons” among member nations (of which Mexico is one), but also establish an International Commission which could Negate/Override the power of the USA to set its own immigration policy. As well Service Providing Companies in ANY of the Member Nations could send into the USA unlimited numbers of their service providing personnel to compete with American workers, thus depressing American workers wages and eliminating many of their Jobs. The TPP  and TTIP must be stopped!

The proposal has already won an endorsement by City Councilman Jumaane Williams.

To make matters worse, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio has made repeated attempts to extend a helping hand to illegal immigrants.

Unsurprisingly, radical pro-amnesty organizations and activists are flocking to their side to help ensure passage of this bill.

Jerry Brown Signs Bill That Could Let Illegal Aliens Vote

On Saturday, California Governor Jerry Brown signed Assembly Bill 1461, the New Motor Voter Act, which will automatically register people to vote through the DMV, and could result in illegal aliens voting.

Any person who renewed or secured a driver’s license through the DMV may now register to vote, or choose to opt out of doing so. Because illegal immigrants are now eligible for obtaining driver’s licenses, they could be allowed to vote in elections if the Secretary of State’s office fails to verify their eligibility properly.

Brown and the California Democratic party know exactly what they are doing; as a Public Policy Institute survey showed, among unregistered adults, 49% lean toward the Democratic Party and 22% toward the Republican Party. Any bill permitting illegal immigrants to vote would cement the Democratic Party’s hold on California.

True the Vote founder Catherine Engelbrecht stated, “This bill is terrible. It makes an already bad situation much, much worse,” adding that California’s registration databases “lack the necessary safeguards to keep noncitizens off the voter rolls.”

Election Integrity Project of California President Linda Paine echoed that AB 1461 “will effectively change the form of governance in California from a Republic whose elected officials are determined by United States citizens and will guarantee that noncitizens will participate in all California elections going forward.” The Election Integrity Project of California had joined True the Vote to demand that Brown veto the bill, calling it a path to “‘state sanctioned’ voter fraud.”

Although noncitizens’ driver’s licenses in California feature the phrases “Federal Limits Apply” and “not valid for official federal purposes,” True the Vote spokesman Logan Churchwell pointed out that state officials “specifically chose not to make noncitizen license holders searchable in their DMV database.”

As Citizens, they can bring their parents and other relatives into the USA as permanent legal residents—on average, seventeen relatives per Anchor Baby—eligible for Citizenship, as well as “free” Medical Care, Education, Welfare payments, Food Stamps and other taxpayer funded benefits.

5) STOP the TPP TRADE (i.e., Open Borders!) DEAL! The TPP would not only require “free movement of persons” among member nations (of which Mexico is one), but also establish an International Commission which could Negate/Override the power of the USA to set its own immigration policy. As well Service Providing Companies in ANY of the Member Nations could send into the USA unlimited numbers of their service providing personnel to compete with American workers, thus depressing American workers wages and eliminating many of their Jobs. •       Illegal Aliens received over $750 Million in Obamacare subsidies alone as of June, 2015 according to a Senate Report! Indeed over 90% of “Refugee” families are receiving some form of welfare, at US taxpayer expense.

2) No More Amnesties—Amnesties reward Illegal Behavior with increasingly Tragic Consequences. There are now over 300 Sanctuary Cities in the USA and several de facto Sanctuary States such as California. But “Sanctuary City” laws are de facto Amnesties and should be defunded and outlawed. Support Mobilizing Against Sanctuary Cities Act, HR 3002 – Rep. Barletta (R-PA) and Enforce the Law for Sanctuary Cities Act, HR 3309, Rep. That Western Europe and the USA are suffering an Invasion by Mass Immigration is clear to all Honest Observers. In addition to those illegally crossing our borders, over 500,000 of those who entered on legal Visas in 2015 alone overstayed their Visas, according to the Dept. of Homeland Security.

This unauthorized incursion and illegal residence in our Physical Territory are not isolated phenomena. It is not just an Invasion of Physical Territory,  but also an Invasion of our Culture and zones of Personal Safety. Consider those aspects of the invasion in addition to the demographic consequences of  hundreds of thousands of Illegal Aliens entering our country each year,

For example:

—the San Bernardino Shooters and Boston bombings ( by legal immigrants perpetrators) and  the Kate Steinle Murderer, (by an illegal alien) all reflect the intensifying threats to our personal Safety.

An FBI crime study also shows heavy illegal alien involvement in criminal activity revealed in these statistics:

• 75 percent of those on the most wanted criminals list in Los Angeles, Phoenix and Albuquerque are illegal aliens.
• One quarter of all inmates in California detention centers are Mexican nationals, as are more than 40 percent of all inmates in Arizona and 48 percent in New Mexico jails.
• Over 53 percent of all investigated burglaries reported in California, New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona, and Texas are perpetrated by illegal aliens.
• 63 percent of cited drivers in Arizona have no license, no insurance and no registration for the vehicle. Of that number, 97% are illegal aliens, 66% of cited drivers in New Mexico have no license, no insurance and no registration for the vehicle. Of that 66%, 98% are illegal aliens.[CF]

—Immigration increases the Momentum toward the Multiculturalism pushed by the Cultural Marxists

For example:

Western Culture has been and is more respectful of women than other cultures. So it is not a Surprise that:

•          the Incidence of Female Genital Mutilations in the USA has tripled from 168,000 in 1990 to 513,000 in 2012  according to the Center for Disease Control,  a direct Result of the Importation into the USA, and Toleration of, Non-Western Cultures
•          1000 young "Refugee" males recently gang-raped German women in Cologne,  and ... German Girls were assaulted in  Swimming Pools in Nornheim and Dresden and elsewhere
•      and as the ELF Girls Movement in England reports, English girls are being raped by Muslim  men all over Great Britain.

Were Russian tank divisions now pouring into Germany, it is safe to say Germany would be fighting back. As it happens, Germany and Europe are now suffering an invasion more dangerous than that would be. Yet all Frau Merkel can do is stand by the side of the road handing posies to the invaders.

As I have pointed out for many years, in a world of Fourth Generation war, invasion by immigration is more dangerous–not less dangerous–than invasion by a foreign army. Why? Because unless the invaders are a Roman army, the enemy army usually goes home. He may permanently occupy a province–Silesia, Elsass-Lothringen–but an enemy state seldom swallows the whole thing and changes it into a place unrecognizable in both its people and its culture to those who lived there before. At least until Stalin did it to eastern Poland and Germany east of the Oder-Neisse line.

But vast numbers of immigrants do exactly that. The reason Gaul, Spain, Britain, and Italy in the year 800 bore no resemblance to those places in the year 300 was mass immigration. The current invasion of Europe by Moslems from the south is actually worse, because while most of the barbarians moving in wanted to become Romans–their numbers were too great for that–Islamics have no desire to assimilate. They plan to Islamicize Europe.

The September 18 New York Times quoted Marine le Pen of France’s National Front as saying, “Unless the French people take action, the invasion of the migrants will be every bit the same as that of the fourth century, and could have the same consequences.” Regrettably, the invasion of France has already succeeded, leaving that country occupied by millions of Islamic Arabs bitterly hostile to French culture.

But the suicide of Germany and the rest of Europe that is welcoming the invaders must continue so long as Globalists remain in power. The notion that all peoples, religions, and cultures are wonderful and peaceful (except Western culture, the White race, and the Christian religion, which are evil and oppressive) is central to Brave New World’s ideology. That ideology is, of course, the cultural Marxism of the Frankfurt School. Its goal, from its initial conception in 1919 (independently) by Gramsci in Italy and Lukacs in Hungary, has been the destruction of the Christian West.

In all the West, as of now, only one country, little Hungary, is acting to halt the invasion. This role is not new to Hungarians, who fought the Turks for centuries. Not only has Hungary forcefully closed its southern border, it has rightly called for a joint European force to defend the borders of Greece. The best place to stop the invaders is on the beaches. If the Greek islands are easy for the migrants to reach, they are also easy places from which to send them back.

Europe’s, and especially Germany’s, welcome to hostile invaders has its roots, as does so much evil, in World War I. As we commemorate that awful tragedy, we should continually remind ourselves how deeply it still warps our societies, to the point where they commit suicide. The West’s lost belief in itself and its willingness to become a doormat for other cultures and religions comes straight from the Somme, Ypres, and Verdun. The absence of any Western country beyond Hungary to stand up to the invaders is part of the price for the fall of the Houses of Hapsburg and Hohenzollern. It is not hard to envision Kaiser Wilhelm’s orders to his troops in the face of today’s invaders, nor his reaction to the fact of Germany being led by a Hausfrau.

As I wrote recently, Germany’s reaction to invasion is so detached from reality, so much a product of Wolkenkukusheim, that is may end up for the good. Frau Merkel and the rest of the anti-German Germany notwithstanding, the German people are starting to resist. The empty thrones in Berlin and Vienna await their Christian monarchs.
